Broadband internet connection was taken for three-months for facilitating work from home by my daughter.
On calling relevant numbers of airtel staff available with me who are incharge of this area are so hopeless they are not at all bothered by the suffering by the customer despite so many request calls and messages.
They are so hopelss and why they have kept for god only knows . They are giving such a message if possibility is there One has to take back their balance money for the rest of the period. Immediately after 4 days of my connection internet is not working. On complaints people are in receipt of complaint and next time onwards they will not attend calls.
My earnest request to cancel my connection and balance money shall be paid back to me.
