I have paid to mpokket half of my Loan (Rs. 860) before the due date on Dec 01,2021 06:56 PM.The loan amount is Rs. 2240 and they disbursed Rs. 1840 to my bank after few minutes I got mail ( part payment receipt )from their official email id but didn’t get any payment information update on their app and they increasing interest per day. Their customer service keep calling me, saying me to paid money. Even i paid the interest. I was trying to reach them by phone but can’t get through so I mail them and text them on whatsApp didn’t get useful respond. Please help me?
