Hello Sir/Madam,

My videocon d2h customer ID-. 107870525. Due to some issue my 2nd connection box got disturbed so i have to permanently disconnected that box. I want my 2nd connection money to be transferred to primary connection. I called several times to customer care number they told to email to customer care. I did that too many times. But they are not responding. Please help me asap.
