Text of Complaint by Virendra Singh Mogha:

I paid my Electricity bill of RS 2582 to bses through mobiquick on 04/10/2018 which has been deducted from my Bank account but not transferred to bses nor refunded back to my account till date 26/10/2018. No source to contact to customer care. I think mobiquick has made a fraud to me. Kindly look into this matter and please help me to get my amount back at the earliest.
