Complaint against AJIO APP
ITS BEEN 1 YEAR I REQUEST THEM.TO TRANSFER MY AMOUNT IN TO BANK ACC AS INFORMATION SHARED BY MY SIDE.
THE NO. WHICH IS REGISTERED ON THAT APP IS CLOSED BY MY SIDE ND USING BY SOME1 ELSE.RIGHT NOW DUE TO THIS O HAVNT received ANY OTP NO. SEND BY THEM TO PROCEED IMPS PROCEDURE
I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE MY NO.FROM 7906510344 TO 9458815591
BUT THEY DIDNT
AFTER I GOT A MAIL TO SHARED YOUR BANK INFO TO TRANSFER THE AMOUNT I DID BUT AFTER FEW DAYS I RECIEVD MAIL THAT I DIDNT IMPS ??
SIR HOW CAN I PROCEED IMPS WITHOUT OTP THEY ARE STILL NOT SENDING OTP ON MY REGISTERED MAIL ID
I TOLD SEVERAL TIMES PLZ DO SHARE OTP ON MY MAIL ID SO THAT I CAN PROCEES IMPS BUT THEY DIDNT RESPONSE
I HAVE NO OPTION TO CHANGE MY NO. ON AJIO APP SO I REQUEST THEM TO CHANGE BUT THEY DIDNT.
ALL MAILS I received ON MY MAIL ID EXCEPT OTP
THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME
ND I WILL SHARE YOU ALL THE MAILS ND PROOF IN WHICH I CLEARLY SAID CHANGE MY NO.
I M SO DEPRESSED
I COMPLAINT JAAGO GARAHK BEFORE BUT THR IS NO HELP FROM THEIR SIDE.
PL HELPP ME.
