On 2august, 2022, my jio fiber is suddenly blinking red i.e. connection is disconnected.
I have complain same day. 10.30 am
Same day 2boy visit and checks says wire is affected somewhere he saw the distance between pole to home and deny to repair.
I had complain again on 3,4,5,6,7 august they say
Engineer visit today or next day
But engineer not visits and
My recharge plan rs.399 with gst rs.470 is already remain approx 20days in this month from 2_20aug
I am not able to use fiber facilities
As a student I need online support to take online class and for other activities.
Help me
To remove this fiber connection from my place with
Security money +
recharge amount of this month +
Wire charge rs. 700 that I have paid extra at the time of installation
