Hi…
I am working in a Travel company from last 2.5 year. they are became private limited firm since January 2019. due to 8 month of pregnancy i resign from my company. I asked for my salary they said they will deduct all year leaves which i taken from pending salary.how they can deduct my salary on my last month salary ? they even don’t inform me for this.
can i apply for maternity leave ?
