I have ordered ao smith z1 uv water purifier at tata cliq on 3 rd june of amount 11.5k and i have initiated the return on 14 th june as water is not tasty and getting salt water. I have contacted so many times for customer service and after 15 days they are telling that they cannot take return as the product is good and it is only suitable for municipal water and not bore water as my water is bore water.
I asked them to make justice and tried asking help for so many times and even asked for exchange as i am ready to pay extra which is suitable for bore water.
But they are not helping in this i even asked to give contacts to management team and they have provided wrong mail id which is not delivering to that mail to raise concern. Even they are not he;ping in that and saying that they will close case from their end.
I asked help for so many members but they are telling they cannot help.
Kindly please do help me in this as i cannot keep purifier simply in home which is worth 12k in home which is not useful.
