I ordered a mini shaving machine from their site. I received and checked it but the item was worthless. It failed to even meet customer’s basic requirements. I try to initiate a return but they rejected and just said our customer service executive will reach u out but that didn’t happen for last 3 days. They just waiting to finish my 5 days time to raise return request.
