On 01.04.2024, I have raised a request with your Customer care for disconnection of my Broadband connection citing the reason for disconnection.
The concerned person after speaking to me for about half an hour, informed me that he will raise the request. However, today I again received message to renew my broadband subscription,
After this I contacted Airtel customer care this morning at around 0845 hrs and talked to one Banika. As she told that there is no request pending or made from my side for disconnection of the broadband. As I wanted to put all this on record, I asked her her designation and employee ID for which she has refused to give me the same. She told that my call will be transferred to her Supervisor for resolution.
She then transferred the call to Mr. Bijay who also refused to give his Employee ID. However he has taken my request and given the Ticket Number as 10401210526 .
Now I may be informed, why no action on my request made on of 01.03.2024 been taken. I have spent about 45 minutes to make this request on that day. What action will be taken on him for failure of taking my request.
