I had registered in kredit coin loan app with my pan and bank account details. But not accepted the loan amount and now they are forcing me to pay 3x amount in 6 days. Receiving this message ” Important Notice ❗ *[KreditCoin]*Dear user, we regret to inform you that your loan on *[KreditCoin]* is overdue. Despite our best efforts to contact you and request payment, your loan has not been repaid. If you don’t pay, it will be considered a *serious* violation and we will take legal action against you. Worst of all, you will be identified as a willful defaulter, will be convicted of wilfully defrauding a loan, and criminal proceedings can be instituted under Sections 403 and 415 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).
