Text of Complaint by Pushkar Rawat:

I had requested for installation of Kent Ro machine SN KR2208025788 at my address in New tehri on 19.11.2022 so machine was installed on 22.11.2022 but warranty was not started yet and company personal said that warranty declined due to outer filter was not purchased from kent .But as far as i know it is not mandatory to purchase outside filter otherwise .I have lodged my compalibt through various mail sent on dated 5.12.2022, 7.12.2022and on 15.12.2022.I felt very disappointed on purchasing this machine.Please help me in this regard
