This is Gowtham, I have changed my sister’s Airtel Prepaid number to Postpaid on 17th April 2020.And it got processed and number converted as postpaid.As soon as the conversion from prepaid to postpaid i checked the airtel thanks app for the updates, but it was not reflected and really fed up with your application and airtel website. I have a question that did your company have any Technical team or not . Whether that is working in progress or not? How could customers can manage and view their bill and payments and details about the customer account.Really this is the poor app which i used ever.why should you run the company without giving the services to customers. As all we know that in this critical situation during covid you may not have the support but why you can’t make the IVR services better. Just your customer services have the IVR option to register complaints but i am damn sure 100% that it is fully fake service with no response.Till the date i have tried many times to raise a complaint about your thanks app and your website . But no responses.The postpaid conversion is not even reflected in both .Then how could the customer check their account details. If your site and app is not updated then close your company don’t put the customers in critical situation.Today I received Bill Payment due date for my postpaid number via 121 customer message with a link which redirects to your Airtel thanks app.But the Airtel app is not even updated with my conversion of prepaid to postpaid. If the issues is not solved within a day, sure i will not pay the bill and I will port my number to some other better network. No response for the email complaints also.I tried many times no body is responding back.
