First of all you should hire educated employees.. they are supposed to solve the problem but they don’t know how to do it … I have been calling from morning every employee is transferring the call to each other… I am literally fed up with your rubbish reasons..I explained my problem more than 20 of your colleagues and yet not received the solution I wasted my day with your foolish employees m….. I want to remove my number for family pack they said we cannot do that… What the hell!! Thn who will do that if you people are here to make plans thn you are supposed to remove the plan no one else will do that… Please solve it.. this is my request to each every one who is using Airtel please don’t go for family pack it’s scam they…once you go for the family pack you cannot cut the family pack if you want… I’ll tell this to each and every one and also m gonna port my and my and my family’s number with other company … Airtel should be closed they are scammer
