I live in saffron enclaves near mumbra station. Where the torrent power provided services. Basically they charge lot of money as a bill but when it comes to providing services they are not responding it’s happening 4-5 time already one phase of our building always shut down and when we call them they ask us to wait until and unless we called them thrice they won’t even respond to complaint. Here experience lots of issues due to power cut of 12-15 hours in 3-4 times in a week. they are not responding showing negligence and because of that we are having lots of issues kindly help us to get rid of them because when it come to bill they charge alot and when it comes to providing services they won’t respond
Kindly take some serious actions against torrent power
