hello sir we have a tata sky connection and they before yesterday our set top box was not showing signal and hence called the customer care service and after that they send the tata sky worker and he repaired the set top box and after that the charges caused were RS.515 inr and the tata sky worker said to recharge of 515rs and said the charges will be cutted off from the recharge and your remaining days will be backed but after 2 days the balance was showing 0 that means the server and received all the rs. from the balance and from morning we are complaining to customer care but no response
Hence, if I dont get my balance back till today I would be changing my set top box.I think good respons3 by you so be kind to me or else I will have no other idea
