Text of Complaint by Gautam Sengupta:

Dear sir,
I have received on 09/5/2020 courior  packet for my order no AWB no. 14197520070773/SS2049,  from shine summer,by which I have ordered for Samsung Galaxy A10s (Black) 32 GB RAM Mobile, their offer price was for Rs.2999/-, but surprisely after opening the packet I found some other items such as two Snowtel battery, one snowtel mobile, one hxd mobile, two chargers.
How could it happen. Insted of Samsung Galaxy A10s I got above mention rubbish  items.
Is it a human error or a case of cheating with customer.
Please immediate take action to get my actual item, ordered, ie Samsung galaxy A10s 32 Gb smart mobile, as per invoice.
Sir,  I have tried lot to contact them but all the mail address  of shine summer is not working. and phone no mentioned as customer 8447215464 is either not receiving or switched off.
