I had a book single Movie Ticket of Shinda Shinda No Papa Movie Show at 4.15 pm on 11/6/2024 at around 2.45 pm through Book My Show Paid the Charges of Rs 121.42 through Paytm UPI of 9999194142. When I reach the Miraj Cinemas Vikas Cinema Mall Shahdara for Watching the Movie around 3.50 pm. Then The Management and the Person Siiting at the Booking of Miraj Cinemas Movie Counter Said that There were no Electricity Power at The Miraj Cinemas Vikas Cine Mall Shahdara as they had not Pay their Due Electricity Bill to the Electricity Provide Company BSES. When I ask For returning the Amount of Money Which I had Paid them of Rs 121.42 for Booking the Movie Ticket. They Told me and all other Persons that the Amount should be refunded in Your Account Through the Which mode You Paid in Next 48 hours. I was totally in Distress mood that The Miraj Cinemas Management did not Run the Movie Show And they Intentionally Not Paying the Charges Which we Had Paid throuh the Book my Show app from the UPI Bank. Kindly Strict action against The Miraj Cinemas Vikas Cine Mall Shahdara For Not Paying our Charges and I Should Made a Demand they Just Give me The Hard Earned money which I Pay for the movie around Rs 121.42 and Gave me Rs 100000 for the Harassment which I Faced Due to them. The Harassment of Not Completing their Obligation and Intentionally Not Returning our hard Earned Money which they Keptt with themselves by not Cancelling the Show Early. I went for the movie at the Theatre Miraj Cinemas Vikas Cine Mall Shahdara Delhi 110032 around this Heated Summer Days of 11 June temperature around 46°C. Also To Gave Directions to the Third Party Book My Show For making Good Cancellation Policy So that the Moviegoers Can Easily get their Booking Amount Refund as Early as Possible and also make their Complaint Portal for the Customers using Book my Show App. I also Request to made the Huge Amount of Compensation amount of Rs 500000 to me by the Book My Show Company as they Had Updated This Status As Early as Possible so that the Innocence Moviegoers Can not Made Booking of Tickets.
