Text of Complaint by Mahin Mirza:

I want to recharge my airtel number 9319500574 but it was done by mistake on 9599861742 on 13 Aug . I tried many times to reverse or refund the recharge I begged to them to reverse it or refund it even I don’t use the recharge till now and it will expire tomorrow the recharge which I had done by mistake comes with existing plan validity. I have only 6 days validity left in 9599861742. The company couldn’t consider my problem The amount of rupees 251 will waste.Is this your service if by mistake the recharge went wrong can’t you reverse it
a poor man’s money will be wasted But you guys just mean money, you guys don’t understand that other person is in trouble.Despite requesting so many times, you are not doing anything, I did not even use recharge and put emails everywhere.
I am a regular customer of airtel So that’s all you can do. Validity is going to end soon
So please do my recharge reverse or money refund before that will be kind
