Hello,
I’ve joined Stanza living Mataro House located in Semmancherri, Chennai on 17 September 2022. My lock in period is three months so I have made a security deposit of amount approximately 13,000 rupees at the time of joining which shall be refunded post successful completion of lock in period. I have vacated on December 30, 2022. My lock in period was successfully completed by December 17 2022 itself. Today is February 12, 2023. I have been requesting for my refund from the date of January 1, 2023. I have spoke to the point of contact (David) multiple times, he said that he has escalated the issue to operations team but I didn’t get any proper response till date.
So, I request to accept my complaint on Stanza Living for not returning back my refund amount of 13,000 and kindly help in getting back my amount.
