I had ordered a pair of shoes on 29th january and wanted to return it and get my refund but today is 1st march and they are not returning it no one is coming to pick it up. I have called the customer service about 20 times and they say someone will come to pick it up but no one comes. They have pushed me to file an official complaint which will cost them a hell lot of money. I have lost 1505 rupees in this matter. They are saying I have to courier it to them but obviously I don’t trust anyone now.
