Sir i have ordered REBALANCE INDIA 5 in 1 Combo Therapy Ift, Tens, US, MS, Deep Heat.. And when I received the product the pen electrode as they mention on their advertisement was missing n also the side stand mentioned on advertise was missing.. Sir I have video proof.. Above all the display is not working properly it shows numbers instead of information.. They have written about 10 days returnable. But now they refused to return it.. Sir it is medical device and it’s mall functioning may prove fetal to patient.. I want it’s return or replacement
