I purchased 2 watches from Flipkart. Which I get delivered on 1st and 2nd april’23. But I didn’t like the watch I select return option in Flipkart where not any option of return.
If I continued with these options in the end it’s showing replacement not return/refund. Which I didn’t want.
Then I call to custom care no. They explain me what is return meaning. As per Flipkart customer care return means replacement or not refundable
And Flipkart denied to return my product.
