I ordered an oil from saptarishi herbals LLP called Dhuan Dhaar Oil.
In TV advertisement they promised that they will return the product if we are not satisfied and will give the refund but now they are saying that we need to send them bank details and id proof with oil and pay the courier fees to send them the oil. This is becoming very complicated now and I feel cheated.
