Sir sir, I ordered ambrane wise eon pro smart watch. And after using it a couple of days I didn’t like its features as shown in details so I decided to shift my choice on other product. And when I requested a return, Flipkart denied it and removed the option of return from there, and they left the choice of replacement only. And when I ordered the product, it’s clearly mentioned that if I want to return it, then they will return it till seven days of delivery date but now they are denying it by saying it’s an open delivery and an electronic gadget shouldn’t be returned. It will replace only. But few days ago I returned a product which is also a electronic gadget and it’s also a open delivery. Sir, I want to return my product and I want refund of that product sir. Please look into this matter and help me as soon as possible. It will be a pleasure if you look into this matter like it’s your own. Thank you
