Hello Mivi,
I frustrated with your service and the way you treat with your customers, I had sent the product to you for repair & its been almost more than a month still you haven’t shipped my product i replied to my ticket id but there was no response so i had to create a new mail…pls I request to last time to ship my product otherwise it could be not wise for you and me too….I had to file a court complaint against your company….cause i’m really frustrated with this, you guys are taking more than a month for just repairing a small earbud.
