I bought a laptop on 28th of july and it was delievered on 3rd of August. It was a defective one hence its touchpad is not working properly and its hanging also. I complained about it and a inspection was made a boy come to house and confirmed its a defective one. Then i applied for return and i was alloted a date. I used to get message in the morning that it is scheduled today but till evening i used to get message that your return is cancelled. I contacted customer service and again and again a date was arranged for return. But same goes on.This goes on for 5-6 times. This is becoming mental torture and one more thing customer service has no interest in solving my issue and they are just passing time.
