There is a channel on Telegram platform. That channel name is Binary options signals 100%. The name of the admin is diego vazques.
He gives signals for the forex market.
He charges $70 for that.
I asked him how to send the money for that then he sent me an exchanger link. I sent him the money through the exchanger. The exchanger has confirmed that he has received the money, but he is saying that he has not received the money. Now he gives me strange answers, his account is not visible, he answers like this.
