I have recently sent an email to oda classes regarding a refund request as my ward being enrolled in an inappropriate class that is not providing the intended benefits.
Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response to this matter, which has further complicated our situation. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue at your earliest convenience.
