Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar:

I have paid advance for Airtel broadband internet service plan. Initially they have asked to pay the plan amount 3 month in advance then in next 3 days services will start for 40 mbps. The plan I paid it is for 50mbps. Now It is being more than 5 days since have paid in advance. I am trying to reach on call they are not responding or disconnecting. While time of payment I asked it is bit urgent as I am doing my office work from home due Covid19 pandemic. My office work is being compromised. Have requested if you are unable to give service please refund money which I paid and will go with other service provider, but not getting response from their end.

Would like to request Consumer forum. Please take action and help me to get my fund. I am being harassed a lot due false commitment made by the Airtel agency.
