I booked a ticket on 23.05.2020 through via.com. I received a message from Indigo Airline your flight is cancelled. Regarding this i put a mail to care@via.com they replied to provide us a support email from the airline for refunds then they can process the refund as per the airlines policy.

Now from June 23, 2020, I have been trying to talk to them but no one respond.
