Hi,
I am user of Act fibternet from Hyderabad. I am facing same interest issue from last 1 month. The customer support agents are informing that the issue will be permanently fixed but they didn’t resolve till now and I am a work from home based employe and due to this issue, I can’t even work properly and the cx support agent saying that the issue will take 24hours for every time after I raised the complaint but in the mean time, I am unable to work for the day and I am getting problem from my office. and moreover the agent informed that he/she will transfer the call to Supervisor and said to wait for 2 minutes and I waited and they end the call without connecting to the Supervisor. I had called to them several times but they keep on doing the same thing and ending the call without informing me or transferring the call to Supervisor.I am really fed up with customer service of Act Fiber Hyderabad. This is the worst service I had gone so far. and “I urge the the Consumer Complaint Court will take a severe action on them so that next time me or other people should not face this kind of issues”.
I request you people to please kindly take a action on them and it’s my humble request ??.
