I am following up with rupeeredee since last 2 months for a technical error but getting the same reply every time that your issue will be resolve within 7 days its going on since last 2 months when i asked to deactivate my account they are not even deactivating it.I have also mailed them to stop the promotional mails & messages but yet even that are not stopped.hence requesting you to kindly support me for deactivation or else resolving my issue with there team. There s=is also no point of contact details mentioned in there app or website.How come RBI neglects such kind of mistakes
