I have not received any acknowledgement from Enterprise and anyone from Airtel till now for the complaint which I keep sending emails from last 2 weeks.
Floor supervisor name Sushma and she gave me the commitment to close this issue on 27th as a final confirmation but we are now in 30th Dec but till now no response from anyone and no calls after that.
Third time in a row that you are giving the wrong commitment and closing the ticket without my confirmation.
This is to inform you that the issue is not resolved which I raised on 12th of Nov with the ticket number 3476278941778 and the new ticket is opened for the same issue on 11th of Dec with the ticket number 350794278502 and the ticket is closed on 27th Dec without any mode of information though the issue is not resolved.
Now when I called the customer care to check the status of the ticket which I raised and they are saying that they will open a new ticket which is 3rd ticket number raising for the same issue which is raised on 12th of November and the latest ticket number is 3518809656529
With who’s permission they are closing the ticket ? This is the 3rd time network team is closing off the ticket without informing to the customer or taking the feedback from the customer.
What is happening with Airtel ? why no one is serious about the issue which customers are raising and why no one is working on to closure of the ticket ?
You are limited only to the Advertisements or in real people are happy with the service ? I don’t think people are happy with Airtel if you are giving support like the way you are giving me from last 2 months, still you are not able to fix the issue then
I am trying to call the NODAL Officer with the number 9972534865 and call is not connecting as it says I am entering the incorrect SR number it seems. ( Last 6 Digit is 656529 )
I lost all my hopes here, will intimate my Company to disconnect the Max to max connections which we are having from Airtel as they are not up to the mark and not interested to support.
This is to bring it to your notice that from last 1 and half month I am unable to access the internet from my Company provided Hotspot. Though I have raised couple of complaints also the issue is not resolved. You are the final hope for me to give a try.

Dec 11th ticket is open but the confirmation was given to close the ticket on 19th 350794278502 ( email is attached )
Please find the below mentioned conversations to understand more on the issue which I am facing, Also attached is the confirmation email from Airtel that the Internet should be working from 19th Dec but that was a fake commitment from Vincy and Manoharan from customer experience. ( Down the line you can see the conversation )
I had a word with one of the floor supervisor name Sushma and she gave me the commitment to close this issue before tomorrow 2nd half – waiting for the call.
Today when I checked with the customer care regarding the status one of the senior supervisor name Naveen told me that need 3 more days to escalate the issue. – Are you considering the issues which customers are raising on serious or you are making fun out of them ? What is your SLA ?
Please consider this issue on top priority, I have wrote several / so many emails to enterprise but no response from them or anyone from Airtel.
I will again follow up on this tomorrow afternoon as Sushma asked time till tomorrow afternoon.
