SR00001BF340 – june 12th 2022, Complaint # SR0001BHBZB is also raised.
With refernce to above complaint number, everytime we call the jio customer care number 1800 889 9999, a new executive will provide the time slot as their engineers will attend, but no one has tuned p till today.
the complaint is registered on 6th june 2022, and its been more than 6 days, the issue is not resolved from jio.
we in trading cannot afford to loose the business bcz of this.
we request your intervene to resolve the issue imm.
