I have converted my number on 20th October 2020 from prepaid to postpaid. After converting my 4 numbers I watched that all the numbers have issues in networking. Internet was not working at the time of incoming and outgoing call. I informed the airtel store manager, there he provided me the number of Abir Mukherjee, network engineer. I contacted him on 22nd October and from then till 1 month I was in touch with him. I send him all types of information and images what ever he required, but problem was unsolved. Then I contacted to customer care, there I have faced same issue. I was given time of 3 days, 7 days etc. like this. I fed up with all these things. So I decided to convert my numbers again in prepaid. for that I have to pay Rs 1760 approx. I requested Customer care executive to reduce the bill amount, but they didn’t. After converting my number again in prepaid the problem still persists. I can not understand what I shoul do now. Please help me.
