Text of Complaint by Sushanta Pandey:

I have converted my prepaid number in postpaid on 20th November, 2020. All the family member’s number also have been converted in family plan i.e. 999/-+GST. From 22nd November I have started to complain to Airtel store. From there I have been provided a number of Network Engineer named Abir Mukherjee. I have contacted him and he asked me everything and assured and requested me to check after 4pm on the same day. But when I responded him on the same day he again assured me this will be solved on the next day. Next day in the morning I have sent him a snap of backup, but he had not responded anything. In the meantime I had been contacted but no positive responses was there. One day I had been informed that someone would visit my house and he would fix the problem. Then he came and checked all and went away. When I asked him about my problem he replied that Mr Abir Mukherjee will solve the problem, he had just come to check the problem. Then I replied that you were thinking that I was lying. Suddenly I had been informed that Mr Krishnendu Bera would fix the problem. But the issue was same. Again i was excused with the time. I contacted with airtel customer care executive to know them regarding the problem and to consider the bill which will be produced after few days. He informed me that that was not possible and transferred my call to his senior. But his senior said the same thing and told me to wait till 3 days. After the 3 days the result was same. Again Mr Abir Contacted me and said his team will contact me, it will be by next day. But the case was not solved. Total 21 days have been passed, but no result. I work for a comapany where I have to manage total 270+ employee, and now I am working from home using my net, mobile. My problem is that network is not working during incoming and outgoing call. I have converted my number from prepaid to postpaid just to get the better service and sold my router and disconnect the broadband connection. But alas! I am an airtel customer since 2003. No problem have been arisen while I use prepaid.
