It has been six days of my airtel broadband connection issue since I filed the complaint and no technician has contacted me. Whenever I call airtel customer care they will tell same story on every day that it will be resolved by today. But still it has not resolved yet. In lockdown situation internet is an essential item which allow us to work from home. My work is completely shut because of worst customer service by airtel.
