This is Venu & having Airtel postpaid connection & I am using almost from 2 years. My mobile no is 8886667773.

When I have seen Amazon prime subscription amount in my last month bill I try to call customer service no, but I have not got any response. When I have received call from customer care I explained the same to them & requested to reverse the charges. But I have not got any response.

After trying so many times I have paid monthly bill, as my connection will be disconnected if I don’t pay further.

Now help to for reversing the amount. It’s 999 amount.
