We took a new connection of Tata Sky Binge+ as an upgrade from Tata Sky HD. The technician has brought a Binge+ box with a broken seal and tried to set up in spite of warning him repeatedly.
The box was clearly a used one with some other customer’s google id logged into it. We have repeatedly called the Customer care to kindly replace the faulty setup box (5 complaints raised within a week time) – None seem to care to even come and check the issue.
One fine day, Swapna, in charge of this area with a technician named Gopal 9502899346 sends Azar (seems in charge of Banjara Hills Area in charge) he noticed there is a faulty setup box provided – and what they tell next is they didn’t get any permission for replacement. The status is the same till this date.
I myself a customer of TataSky for the past 12 years, but this is heights. Better we chuck off the unskilled people from your TataSky Family.
By the way, you are losing a customer in this context – and many more if you are not acting on this.
