I have ordered a Fireboltt company Smartwatch on 25th March. After 2 months of the watch the Bluetooth connectivity is not working. I tried contacting the company and they said that they will get it exchanged. But no action taken yet . It’s been 15 days to that incident. Whenever i write a mail to them there is no reply. Tried calling coustomer care but no one is picking up the call. It always says waiting and the call gets cut after 10 mins . On WhatsApp also they said you will get a Mail in 48 hours but nothing received. They aren’t responding and i am worried for my watch.
