I am using tatasky dth from last six year with id no.1224824290 and my HD box no.037471622482. I raised a complain on 3rd Nov 22 for technical issue than technician visited twice and suggested to change of set-up box. Due to long use of box some no. Is not visible clearly which is written in back side of box that can not replace and suggested to purchase new one. I called many time and but till date mybox is not replaced and my issue is not resolved. The way you treated to old customers is very pathetic. So I want to close my account and go with other DTH. You not care your customers than close than tataplay dth service .please close my account due to your worst customer service. It’s customer responsibility to maintain setup box n. if its very important than punch the no.in metal portion or chane the box every year free of cost so that box no. Can’t deleted and customer not suffer due to this no .Jai hind
