Text of Complaint by Raginj kapoor:

My service request no is 130537256.. I raised a complaint on Tuesday morning and allocated engineer for the same day evening.. Referring to message received from airtel that in case if there is any corona patient do inform the engineer so that he can take necessary precautions… I did the same… As a result, no one is ready to visit my home… I don’t have landline, no wifi as a result can’t make wats app calls, kids can’t take their classes, can’t make video calls to doctors etc.. Morover, airtel mobile signals are so weak that I have to rush outside of my house even to talk to airtel team… Raised so many esclations but all in vain… Now, they are saying that they can’t allocate engineer to me before 3rd may… If this is the case then why they said that their engineer will take necessary precautions it should be I case of corona patient they won’t come and we have to suffer
