I have bought a blender with chopper previous year date:6/04/2019 of Havells. After few months due to some problem my chopper stop working I filed a complaint to havells customer care service and the next day a engginer came to my house to check the problem and he said we will replace one part and it will work properly but right now it is not available we will order that part and soon we come and replace it.No one came after that.3 months after that first complain i filed another now they have just asked by on phone which part last time the engginer told you to change take picture and send to us.I sent them. No action was taken the i filed the 3rd complaint now no one came and contacted me i went to the shop where i bought that product they said same thing wait your part will be reached on monday and no one came and not that part then again i contacted to that shop because they said if they will not come tell us and they again said the part is coming on that day i waited and no response they said to contact havells customer care then i filed 2 more complaints no service provided by them and they gave me wrong email customer id they said if no one will come then write down a email where they will take action and it was wrong email i sent a mail on that id no reapond.
