Text of Complaint by Ankit verma:

Dear mam/sir, i am ankit verma and i am axis bank credit card holder. Due to some overdue amount of credit card, axis bank put my account on lien. And through conversation with axis bank collection team i have settlement and after settlement i paid full amount in one shot on 15 october 2020. But despite of it bank did not remove lien from my account. And customer care department is no giving satisfactory answer. Pls help me in this condition.
