I have made a change in the flight and Airlines confirmed that there is a refund. After 4 weeks a follow up Yatra confirmed that they will refund the money ( Email Sent on Jan 23rd , Refer attached image ). When i followed up on 1st of feb , yatra is telling me , the email was sent wrongly ……… Really ? Are you kidding ?
Do the needul and make the refund. You have all the details about mode of payment.
