Dear Sir,
I had registered in CCMT portal for the admission for the higher studies(M.Tech).During the admission process I got a seat allotted to IIIT Allahabad institute for the machine learning course. As per the rule to move further I had paid the Partial Admission Fees of 10000 Rs and Further paid Seat Acceptance Fees of 30000 Rs. Unfortunately I failed to report physically to the allotted college and my seat got cancelled. Now according to the policy of CCMT mentioned in their brochure the Seat acceptance Fees should be refunded by deducting the amount 1000 Rs. I frequently contacted to both CCMT authorities as well as IIIT Allahabad authorities regarding this problem. Initially they responded to this and I clarified all their queries but now they are not responding to any of mails.
As per the policy it is very clear that the fees should be refunded but to prevent from this they are not responding to me.
Hope you will look in my problem and help me out as early as possible.
