Bought 7 same sarees from flipkart as dance costume under 2 order IDs as flipkart doesn’t allow more than 5 same product under one order. But they delivered everything in a single package. When I opened the package it was 6 sarees in it but in delivery confirmation they are showing 7 sarees delivered. The package was not tampered by any means. So that conclude the vendor didn’t packed the right numbers of product. The problem is I was out of town at that time, after returning I opened the package and realized one saree is short. I informed the customer care immediately. It was a chat conversation. They never resolved my problem and pressurized me to launch a complaint of returning product. How can I return something which I don’t have and never received. Then the pressurized me to say the problem is resolved which is actually not. They have return policy but they don’t have any policies for undelivered products. Now they are giving excuse that the time frame of returning is over…..the main problem is I am not returning anything. I am asking a refund of a product which I have paid for.
