I ordered a cooler on 19th may ,but I cancelled it within 1 hour…but the refund of that order is still pending as it’s been over 15 days since the date of order cancelled..whenever I try to talk to customer support they only say that your refund is in process and it will take 24-48 hours to fully process it but they are saying this from past 2 weeks…but still the refund is not proccessed
