Text of Complaint by Sahil Ghige:

I had placed a order on ZOOP India on 26 November 2023 to deliver food on train which costs 283 rupees.They didn’t deliver the food and then I raised a complaint to them then they messaged that they have initiated refund. It’s been six days and I haven’t received any refund also they are not responding.
